Every Monday you can visit MUSEC at a reduced price, taking advantage of the following discount rates:

School groups pay CHF 3 per pupil. Two accompanying person enters free of charge. Children aged 12 old and over should wear a mask.

The Museum is accessible by wheelchair with accompaniment (ramp in the park coming from Via Giuseppe Mazzini; dedicated parking available in Via Giuseppe Mazzini 5). If you are not accompanied, please call +41 58 866 6960 to ask for help from members of the staff.
Only officially designated assistance dogs may be taken into the museum. Others dogs are not allowed in the museum.
All visitors are required to wear face coverings in the museum.
In accordance with government guidelines, we are now legally obliged to collect a record of visitors who come onto the museum for the purpose of contract tracing.
The staff in charge measures the body temperature at the museum entrance. Visitors with a temperature of 37.5° or more will not be allowed access.
Access to the Museum is only possible from the main entrance. The entrance is from the garden terrace, accessible both from Riva Caccia (lakefront) and from Via Giuseppe Mazzini 5.
A protective plexiglas wall separates the members of staff from the visitors.
A sign on the floor indicates to maintain the distance of 2 meters between one person and another.
Visitors are invited to pay preferably by credit card.
Access to the different areas is coordinated by the Museum members of staff.
At the entrance of the Museum and in the cloakroom the visitor has at his disposal a dispenser with hand disinfectant.
The bathrooms are equipped with surface disinfectant and are regularly sanitized. Contact surfaces such as handrails, switches, push-button handles are also regularly sanitised.
