UP25 contest is open FROM 20 JANUARY until 3 March 2025. The\u00a0UNPUBLISHED PHOTO contest<\/strong>\u00a0is promoted by the Fondazione culture e musei of Lugano (FCM) with\u00a0MUSEC-Lugano<\/a>; organised in collaboration with the\u00a029 ARTS IN PROGRESS<\/a>\u00a0Gallery in Milan and\u00a0the Istituto Veneto di Scienze<\/a>, Lettere e Arti in Venice and it is in partnership with the\u00a0Fondazione Ada Ceschin e Rosanna Pilone<\/a>\u00a0in Zurich.<\/p>\n

Participation in the international competition is free of charge and open to young photographers born between 1995 and 2007.<\/strong><\/p>\n

From 20 January until 3 March (12:00 am local time) applicants must submit an unpublished photographic project of\u00a010 unpublished images<\/strong>.\u00a0The projects must have a thematic and stylistic unity.<\/strong>\u00a0A technical jury of international experts from the world of photography and communication will chose the four finalist portfolios.
\nThe winners will receive the following\u00a0cash prizes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

1st prize: CHF 3.500;
\n2nd to 4th prize : CHF 500 each.<\/p>\n

The four winners are also rewarded with the publication of a\u00a0catalogue<\/strong>\u00a0published by the FCM containing all the photographs submitted to the competition, and an\u00a0exhibition<\/strong>\u00a0in Lugano, at the MUSEC venue. The costs of these\u00a0valorisation activities<\/strong> amount to CHF 50.000 and are fully covered by the FCM.\u00a0For the realisation of the\u00a0Fine Art prints<\/strong>, the finalists\u00a0must be able to provide the appropriate digital files (TIFF file min. 300 dpi and Adobe rgb 1998 color profile)<\/strong>. The prints will be produced by FCM and will become part of the MUSEC photographic collections.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
