The Museum is accessible by pram or wheelchair with assistance (ramp in the park coming from Via Giuseppe Mazzini; dedicated parking available at Via Giuseppe Mazzini 5). For unaccompanied visitors, please call +41 58 866 6960 for help from the reception staff. The museum’s exhibition rooms, services and library are wheelchair-accessible.
Only recognised assistance dogs are welcome inside the museum.
