The museum is accessible without restrictions.

After 5 p.m. visit the museum with a 30% discount. The offer cannot be combined with other discounts.

MUSEC MONDAYS
Every Monday you can visit MUSEC at a reduced price, taking advantage of the following discount rates:   

Full admission (from 16 years old) CHF 10 instead of CHF 15.

Reduced admission (AVS-AI; University students; FAI SWISS) CHF 7 instead of CHF 10. 

Entrance fee "children and youg people" (6-15 years old) CHF 3.50 instead of CHF 5. 

The offer cannot be combined with other discounts.

Guided tours
Guided tours by appointment only, please write to info@musec.ch.

School groups pay CHF 3 per pupil. Two accompanying person enters free of charge.

Accessibility
The Museum is accessible by stroller or by wheelchair with accompaniment (ramp in the park coming from Via Giuseppe Mazzini; dedicated parking available in Via Giuseppe Mazzini 5). If you are not accompanied, please call +41 58 866 6960 to ask for help from members of the staff. The Museum's exhibition rooms, services and Library are wheelchair accessible.

Only officially designated assistance dogs may be taken into the museum. Others dogs are not allowed in the museum.

Access
Access to the Museum is only possible from the main entrance. The main entrance is from the garden terrace, accessible both from Riva Caccia (lakefront) and from Via Giuseppe Mazzini 5.

Cleaning
The bathrooms are equipped with surface disinfectant and are regularly sanitized. Contact surfaces such as handrails, switches, push-button handles are also regularly sanitised.
